At PureAgri, we are committed to delivering high-quality food products that are fresh, safe, and carefully packed. If you face any issues with your order, we will do our best to resolve them quickly.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Expired Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, expired, or different from what you ordered, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, please share:
- Your Order ID
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once our team verifies the issue, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include:
- Replacement of the product, or
- Refund to your original payment method
Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements are generally approved in the following cases:
- Product delivered is damaged during transit
- Wrong product delivered
- Product is expired or defective
- Order was cancelled before dispatch
Requests made after the specified time may not be eligible for refunds.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of food products, we usually do not accept returns once the package has been opened or used, unless there is a quality issue or the product is defective.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- The amount will typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
